Consignment Policy

Ladies', Men's & Young Adult/Teen Clothing

Thank you for choosing to consign with us! Our goal is to offer stylish, high-quality clothing while creating a fair and transparent experience for our consignors. Please review the policy below before consigning.

1. Items We Accept

We accept ladies’, men's and young adult clothing that meets the following criteria:

  • Gently used or new with tags

  • Clean, freshly laundered, and free of odours

  • Free from stains, holes, excessive wear, pet hair, or damage

  • Current styles (generally within the last 2–3 years)

  • In-season items only

  • We also accept shoes, belts, purses/bags, jewelry, unopened makeup and skin care.

We do not take office wear (blazers), incomplete pajama sets, high heels, formal wear.  Tank tops for women and patterned and coloured jeans for women are a tough sell.

We reserve the right to refuse any items that do not meet our standards or fit our current inventory needs.

2. Brands & Styles

We focus on trendy, contemporary, and classic styles popular with ladies, teens and young adults. Acceptance is based on brand, condition, style, and demand. Fast-fashion, outdated, or overly worn items may be declined.  Women and young adults are looking for what is new and trending in stores

3. Drop-Off Consignment

We have 3 ways you can consign your clothing!

A.  Bring in 10 seasonal items without an appointment once a month.

B.  Appointment needed:  Bring in 25-30 items if you would like us to sort your clothing with you and return items we don't take.

C. Appointment needed:  Bring in 40 items, these are not sorted with you and will not be returned.

4. Pricing

  • All items are priced at our discretion based on brand, condition, and market demand.

  • Prices will be reduced every month that the clothing is on the sales floor.  After 3 months, items will be donated.

  • Pricing decisions are final.

5. Consignment Period

  • Items are consigned for 120 days from the date they are placed on the sales floor.

    • Tagging date to 30 days - Full Price
    • 30 - 60 days 25% off
    • 60-90 days 50% off
    • 90-120 days 75% off

  • At the end of the consignment period (120 days), unsold items become the property of the store and/or are donated.

  • Clothing brought in January/February have an additional 30 days on the sales floor before they are reduced.

6. Earnings & Payouts

  • Consignors receive 45% of the final selling price

  • It is the consignor’s responsibility to track earnings and use monies in store or collect payment within one year.

7. Unsold Items

At the end of the consignment period, unsold items will be:

  • Be donated or discounted at the store’s discretion

8. Lost or Damaged Items

While we take great care of all consigned merchandise, we are not responsible for loss or damage due to theft, fire, water, or other unforeseen events.

9. Agreement

By consigning with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this consignment policy.
