REFUND
You have 30 days to return an item from the day it was shipped.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and the packaging must not be ripped or torn.

Your item must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then immediately notify you on the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved, we will issue a refund to your credit card or banking transfer (minus any fees).

SHIPPING
You may return the item to The Red Door or you may ship it back to The Red Door. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs.
